Taking martial arts is a great way to achieve your health and fitness goals. Our martial arts classes are high-intensity and fun! In a class, you’ll get a great cardiovascular workout, improve flexibility, and learn self defense skills.

Our academy is about total body health, so we’ve built a gym right into our facility. Your membership at our West Hartford Martial Arts school entitles you to full access to all classes, the gym, locker room and showers. We encourage you to visit us or take a virtual tour today.

This is a great place to drop in and visit if you’re visiting from out of town. Darin and his staff were very welcoming. The facility is really clean and completely comprehensive. There’s a weight room, three different mat rooms, an octagon and boxing ring. So whatever form of martial arts, this is the place to train. There are two showers available at the facility, if you need to get clean right after you train. Your training partners here make great and friendly rolls, highly recommend this place!
