In a World Where You Can Be Anything…
I was out in Colorado two weeks ago teaching and visiting with family. I haven’t seen my brother, or his kids, in a few years. (He has three children, ranging in age from 9 to 16.) We had a great visit, and he said something that stuck with me.

New Martial Arts Classes Being Added in West Hartford
It’s very exciting to see people coming back to train in the martial arts! In June and July we have seen some great growth and participation, and we have brought back Capoeira! (If you used to train in Capoeira, we are now back to our three day a week schedule for that style.)
