What’s Your Goal?
Want even more success in obtaining your goal? Then, define a specific goal! That sounds rather obvious, but it’s often overlooked. You cannot be successful in reaching a milestone if that milestone is not clearly defined. And, it helps to have little goals along the way. If your goal is to lose 20 pounds, then set a mini-milestone of 5 pounds. Then, 10 pounds, and so on. Each smaller step helps you reach your ultimate goal.
