Continue your martial arts training online with TheNewDojo.com
Moving to a new town or state is difficult. You may be starting a position at a new job. Your kids may be entering a new school system. If you’re taking martial arts, you might wonder what options you will have at your new location. Luckily, you can continue (or begin) your martial arts training with us online! We offer online courses in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Kung-Fu, and Stretching through our website, TheNewDojo.com.
The purpose of our online martial arts classes is to augment and reinforce lessons learned in-person. So even if you are out of the West Hartford area and have moved away from Connecticut, you can still continue your martial arts training with Plus One Defense Systems from the comfort of your own home. These online lessons are also great for review if you have been away from training and want to practice on your own.

And … don’t forget [how] to stretch
Believe it or not, stretching techniques can be forgotten just like martial arts techniques. Since stretching is important to do before and after any physical exercise, we even created Plus One Power Stretching (P.O.P.S.) so you have a stretching partner whenever you need one!
