It is easy to spot a person in a crowd who trains in the martial arts. They project a certain confidence in how they carry themselves, as well as an obvious awareness of their physical surroundings. They might be wearing tactical clothing, surveying their environment, and identifying potential threats and nearest exits.

Student of the Month
Our Student of the Month for August is… Alexis Harris. While Alexis did train in Karate a little bit when she was a young child, she didn’t really get into the martial arts until recently.

Student of the Month
Our Student of the Month for July is Dallas Sherman. Dallas started training in the martial arts when he was a kid. As an adult, it was something he wanted to do again, and his wife (Jennifer) got him martial arts lessons as an anniversary gift back in 2008.
