Try a Kickboxing Class for Self Defense
This martial art is arguably one of the most effective self defense fighting styles. The workout and practice of this martial art improves overall strength, balance, coordination, speed, and reaction time. In a kickboxing class, you’re not limited to fists – you can use knees, elbows, and of course legs and feet. It is known as the “art of eight limbs.” You can attack and prevent attack from a distance or in close quarters.

Muay Thai is a combat sport of Thailand that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques.
