Oluwole Oyelola

Oluwole is one of the primary instructors who teaches Capoeira at Plus One Defense Systems.  Most Capoeiristas have a nickname that they go by, and Oluwole goes by “Ra” (pronounced “Ha”).  He lives up to his nickname (referred to as an “apelido” in Portuguese) quite well.  He is a very fluid Capoeira practitioner and enjoys the floreios of Capoeira.  He practices Capoeira Regional and Angola under Suave and is a wonderfully talented individual.
