Parking and I-84
Park at the building on Tolles Street. From I-84, use the New Park Avenue / West Hartford exits and follow New Park a short stretch to Tolles. The dojo is in the industrial pocket south of the Center — not a storefront on Farmington Avenue — so first-timers should use the map pin, not a Center parking garage.
What is in the building
This is one floor: a regulation MMA cage, a boxing ring, a full gym, lockers, and showers. Membership includes gym access. The facility tour lives on Dojo & Facilities. If you are comparing a strip-mall karate room to this, that is the difference.
Who drives here
Students come from West Hartford and the towns around it. We do not have a second location in Farmington, Avon, or Hartford. The drive is to this address. Town pages spell out why that trip is worth it for that town:
Kids and adults
Parents: kids martial arts in West Hartford (juniors 5–8, youth 8–13). Adults start on martial arts classes, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, MMA, or Muay Thai kickboxing.
