Coach Amir

A graduate of the Legion Krav Maga program, Coach Amir teaches  the self-defense style of Krav Maga at Plus One Defense Systems.  The Legion Krav Maga program originated in New York and started at Plus One Defense Systems in 2018.  The program is specifically designed to help teach members of the Jewish community how to “fight” antisemitism, if confronted with the need to defend themselves.  (We’ve actually had one graduate from this program get attacked in a mall parking lot, and he did successfully defend himself!)
