Coach Rachel

Coach Rachel teaches  Krav Maga.  She is a graduate of the Legion Krav Maga program, which is a program that originated in New York and started at Plus One Defense Systems in 2018.  The program is specifically designed to help teach members in the Jewish community how to “fight” antisemitism, if confronted with the need to defend themselves.  (We’ve actually had one graduate from this program get attacked in a mall parking lot, and he did successfully defend himself!)
