**Note from Darin**
I have found that all yoga classes incorporate a spiritual element. Most yoga classes are rooted in either Hinduism or Buddhism. As a Christian, it was very important to me to find a yoga instructor that was in-line with my religious belief system. I spent many years looking for the right instructor (over a decade, actually). I’m pleased to say that the wait was worth it! Dori is my yoga instructor, and with over 25 years of experience, her understanding of movement and breathing is amazing. The incorporation of Scripture and Christian principles that she uses during her instruction helps to bring about the holistic mind, body, and spirit connection. I’m very thankful that Dori has brought her FiG Yoga program to Plus One, and I highly recommend her classes to anybody who is looking to improve their health and well being.
