Apparently, this is a thing. I checked, and Google says it’s a thing, so it must be true. (That’s a topic for another post.) Gymtimidation is the feeling of fear that one may have when working out in front of others, or when others are around.
Are you still waiting for the day that you’ll be fit? How many times have you told yourself that you’ll start living healthier… tomorrow? Or next week? After you’ve had just one more pizza dinner and one more lazy day on the couch… Then you’ll commit yourself to eating right and exercising regularly, right?
