Private Lessons
While we offer a high degree of individualized attention in the group classes, some people find it quite beneficial to schedule private lessons. Whether it’s for extra work on class curriculum, or to design a specific program that’s right for you, private lessons are available.
Common topic areas for private lessons include:
-Specific and deeper focus on various martial art styles, to include
Tai Chi, Muay Thai, Kung Fu, Tae Kwon Do, Kenpo,
Judo, and Jiu Jitsu.
-Personal Fitness appointments, to include the development
of a training program, toning, strength training,
flexibility, and cardio-training.
- And of course extra work on a student’s current curriculum,
kickboxing, self-defense, and proper use of
training equipment.
Should you desire a private lesson, an appointment can be made.
Private lessons are available for adults and for youth.
