The tournament team, lead by 2003 Champion Ken Corrigan, is moving forward. Last year we produced three KRANE champions, and many from Team Plus One brought home trophies!
For 2008, champs were Billy Lavallee, Marshal Trigg, and Travis Johnson. In 2007, Marshal Trigg was the National Champion for his division. Many trophies that have been won by members from Team Plus One are on display at the dojo.

The first tournament in RI….Noah took first in open forms, second in traditional forms and finalist in int. boys fighting. Alec took first in int. boys fighting, Miles took second in int. boys fighting and Justin took third. I took third in Adv. boys fighting (matt) Billy took second in adv. mens fightingm and marshal and travis were finalists.

I’m been looking for a good krav maga course for ages, and I’ve finnaly found one (I’m getting sore these days) I wanted to add to my training by doing some work with video training. Any recommendations??? thanks

Quick question: Ever since I saw the Bourne Ultimatum movies I’ve been hooked on Krav Maga. I live in the middle of nowhere Kansas, and there isn’t a Krav Maga training center for miles. I’m looking to learn krav maga online: Are there any good krav maga training sites around?
